The SNIBE Maglumi Tga (thyroglobulin) assays are designed for use with the Maglumi 600, 800, X3, and 1 systems. These assays are used for the quantitative determination of thyroglobulin (Tg) in human serum and are part of a broader range of assays offered by Snibe for in vitro diagnostics. 

Snibe Maglumi HSV-1/2 lgG is a highly sensitive diagnostic test used for torch detection and monitoring.

Snibe Maglumi IL-6 (Interleukin 6) is a highly sensitive diagnostic test used for inflammation monitoring detection and monitoring.

Snibe Maglumi CMV lgG is a highly sensitive diagnostic test used for torch detection and monitoring.

Vitamin D Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Vitamin D (Total) in human serum with device reader.

Vitamin D Quanti Card is based on principle of competitive immunoassay. The vitamin D from the sample is first released/extracted. The assay is based on competition between extracted vitamin D from test sample and vitamin D biotin conjugate for the limited no of binding sites of specfific antibodies fluorochrome conjugate. As a result higher concentration of vitamin D produces a lower fluorescence signal and vice versa. The signal is interpreted and displayed on device reader in form of results.

Dengue NS1 Ag Quanti Card is a sensitive immuno- chromatographic test for the qualitative detection of Dengue NS1 Antigen in human Serum/ Plasma with iQuant Analyzer . This test is for in vitro diagnostic use only and is intended as an aid in the earlier diagnosis of dengue infection.

Dengue NS1 Ag Quanti Card is a fluorescence immunoassay based on sandwich principle. The test area is coated with specific anti-dengue NS1 Ag antibodies. When a sample is added to the cartridge, Dengue NS1 antigen if present will form a complex with another specific NS1 antibodies conjugate to fluorochorme. On addition of Assay Buffer, this complex migrates along the nitrocellulose membrane to the test region and forms an antibody-antigen-antibody fluorescence immunocomplex. The result will be displayed by i- Quant Analyzer.

HbA1c Quanti Card is a rapid and sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of HbA1c (Glycated hemoglobin) in human whole blood with i-Quant Analyzer. The test is used for routine monitoring of long term glycemic status in patient with diabetes mellitus.

HbA1c Quanti Card is based on fluorescence immunoassay technology. The test uses anti- HbA1c antibody and anti-hemoglobin antibody immobilized separately on a nitrocellulose strip. Whole blood sample is added to the mixture of Detection Buffer and Assay Buffer, resulting in hemolysis of red blood cells. The mixture containing HbA1c and Hb from the hemolyzed red blood cells and fluorescence labelled HbA1c and Hb from Detection Buffer, is added to the sample well of the cartridge.

T4 Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of T4 (Thyroxine) in human serum/ plasma with iQuant Analyzer.

T4 Quanti Card is based on principle of competitive immunoassay. The T4 from the sample is first released/extracted. Extracted T4 from test sample and T4 biotin conjugate competes for the limited number of binding sites of specific antibodies fluorochrome conjugate. As a result higher concentration of T4 produces a lower fluorescence signal and vice versa. The signal is interpreted and displayed on iQuant Analyzer in form of results.

PCT Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of PCT in human serum with iQuant analyzer only.
Quanti PCT Card is a fluorescence immunoassay, based on the “sandwich” principle. The test uses anti-PCT antibody immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip. The detector antibody in conjugate binds to the antigen in sample, forming antigen-antibody fluorescence complex. This complex migrates through the nitrocellulose strip by capillary action. When the complex meets the line of the corresponding immobilized antibody on the test line the fluorescence signal is produced from Immuno-complex. 

CRP Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of CRP in human serum/ plasma with iQuant Analyzer.

CRP Quanti Card is based on principle of sandwich fluorescence immunoassay. The test uses anti-CRP antibody immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip. When the diluted test sample is added to the sample well, the fluorescence labelled CRP antibody binds with CRP antigen in test specimen forming an antigen-antibody fluorescence labelled complex.

Scrub Typhus IgM Quanti Card is a sensitive immuno chromatographic test for the qualitative detection of Scrub Typhus IgM antibodies in human Serum/ Plasma with iQuant Analyzer.This test is for in vitro diagnostic use only and is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of Scrub Typhus infection.

TSH Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in human serum/ plasma with i-Quant Analyzer.

TSH Quanti Card is based on principle of fluorescence sandwich immunoassay technology. The test uses anti TSH antibody immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip. When a sample is added to the cartridge, TSH antigen from the sample will form a complex with another specific TSH antibodies conjugated to fluorochrome. On addition of assay buffer, this complex migrates through the nitrocellulose strip by capillary action. When the complex meets the line of the corresponding specific antibody immobilized on nitrocellulose membrane, the fluorescence signal is produced. This signal is interpreted and the result is displayed on iQuant Analyzer in form of results.

D-Dimer Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of D-Dimer in human plasma with iQuant Analyzer only.

D-Dimer Quanti Card is a fluorescence immunoassay, based on the “sandwich” principle. The test uses capture antibody for D-Dimer immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip. The detector antibody in conjugate binds to the antigen in sample, forming antigen-antibody fluorescence complex. This complex migrates through the nitrocellulose strip by capillary action. When the complex meets the line of the corresponding immobilized antibody on the test line the fluorescence signal is produced from Immuno-complex. The greater the concentration of the antigen in sample forms the more antigen-antibody complex and leads to stronger intensity of fluorescence signal. The signal is interpreted and the result is displayed on analyzer in terms of concentration.

T3 Quanti Card is a sensitive immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Triiodothyronin (T3)in human serum/ plasma with iQuant Analyzer.
T3 Quanti Card is based on principle of competitive immunoassay. The T3 from the sample is first released/extracted. Extracted T3 from test sample and T3 biotin conjugate competes for the limited number of binding sites of specific antibodies fluorochrome conjugate. As a result higher concentration of T3 produces a lower fluorescence signal and vice versa. The signal is interpreted and displayed on iQuant Analyzer in form of results.
