Creatinine 200 reagent is used for determination of creatinine based on initial rate method using Alkaline Picrate. creatinine levels: typical range for serum creatinine is: For adult men, 0.74 to 1.35 mg/dL (65.4 to 119.3 micromoles/L), for adult women, 0.59 to 1.04 mg/dL (52.2 to 91.9 micromoles/L).

Creatinine can be determined in 180 seconds & this working solution is stable for 30 days at 2-8°C. Autozyme Creatinine 200 is a single reagent system, using one step procedure.

Calcium reagent is used for determination of total calcium concentration in serum based on the colorimetric method using Arsenazo III.
